Higinio C. Fabian has extensive management experience having occupied top management positions in various companies for over 30 years including the Presidency and chairmanship of several companies.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accounting from the Philippine College of Commerce. He finished the Strategic Business Economic Program (SBEP) at the University of Asia and the Pacific.
He was the President of Rotary Club of
Makati Guadalupe (RY1991-92) and Chairman, Board of Trustees (1997-98) and President (1994-97) of
Development
Center for Handicapped Foundation (Operator of Stepping Stone Learning Center). Mr. Fabian is also a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

FRANKLIN T. AGAMATA
Professional Background and Civic Involvement
Mr. Franklin T. Agamata has been in the field of management practice, academic, training, and research in the last 20 years.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration course and Master in Business Administration at the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA).
His exposure in establishing and operating business organizations dealing with academic and training operations, financing, and trading had significantly helped him in writing a textbook in Management Advisory Services in 2002 with its second edition in 2004. In the early part of 2005, he published a Reviewer in Management Advisory Services. In 1994 and 1995, he wrote articles for the Accountant’s Journal of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants dealing in the area of education and ethics.
Primarily an academician in training, he has had appointments as a Dean, Vice President and President in various colleges. He was also a member of the Education Task Force of the Board of Accountancy of the Professional Regulations Commission.
An active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he was a Member of its National Board of Directors in 1992 and 1993, a member of Committee on Advocacy and the Committee on Students’ Participation. He was also a member of the Ethics Board in 2003. He is also an accredited speaker of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

EUGENIO B. LOTHO
Mr. Eugenio B. Lotho has 40 years experience in banking, 38 years with Bank of the Philippine Islands Unibank Group and 3 years with Asia Trust Bank.
Mr. Lotho has a Masters in Business Administration degree from Ateneo de Manila University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Accounting from De La Salle University. His information technology education covered Basic Systems Design and COBOL Programming with IBM Education Center in 1976 and EDP Auditing with Morgan Guaranty - Singapore in 1978.

He was Senior Vice President for Operations with Asia Trust Bank from 2006 to 2009.
He worked with Bank of the Philippine Islands Unibank Group from 1968 to 2006 and occupied the following key positions:
- Marketing Director and Information Logistics Officer - Preferred Banking Segment from 2001 to 2006 and was responsible for providing customer information profiles, budget and marketing logistics needed by Sales Force for their day to day activities to cross sell BPI products to select top 20% preferred individuals.
- Managing Director - BPI Express Remittance Corporation, USA from 1996 up to 2000 and he was assigned by the BPI parent company to act as the general manager of the California, USA based subsidiary, tasked to protect and expand business and profit , open new branches, and coordinate with regulatory bodies
